A nice-quality short game in which you must fight two enemy ships that move around randomly. I do not remember where the background or music came from.
Ten StarCraft mods (mostly just stats) made long ago. Inmasonity had the most work put into it, while Heigndal_Camp_Mod was designed specifically for the Otto Heigndal campaign. (See StarCraft 1 Maps)
Text-only game that consists of you dividing large numbers repeatedly.
By Morrad. A minigame in which Kamek must hit specific sequences of arrows to ward off the Big Boo, surviving as long as possible. High quality.
This is an old program with some random image editing effects.
By Morrad. A minigame in which Mario must catch Bob-Ombs and throw them at fish. High quality.
By Morrad. Another short, incomplete demo version of Metroid Genesis. This one has a missile door and a couple space pirates.
By Morrad. A short, incomplete demo version of Metroid Genesis. This one has one more room than Genesis Demo 3.
Capable of moving or copying files either based on dates or ignoring them. It is great for making comprehensive back-ups and then updating only the new or modified files daily.
This is a package of 13 units, mostly just minor edits, for Total Annihilation. The game, released in 1997, can now be purchased at Impules Driven
A tiny program that allows the user to type whatever (s)he wants and gives the user her/his average speed, ignoring any typoes.
Allows the user to edit small files as binary digits. This is mainly for lazy coders who want to see what bits they got wrong in their file-saving procedures.
A program designed to list files the user drags and drops into it. For programmers, it is a good example of a few neat tricks, so request the source code.
BatMon is not a Jamaican man with a bat disguise. It is a graphical battery monitor for Windows-based laptops. There are 26 different images (blue, yellow, or red; anywhere from full to empty) that appear in the system tray depending on how full the battery is. Just one click and you can exit it. Version 1.0.1 reloads itself if Explorer crashes.
A story so descriptive that DeProgrammer's friend called him the "king of adjectives" after he read it. It's full of puns.
Another fairly unfriendly program, MaskMaker was intended mainly for DeProgrammer's older programs, but it still has some uses. It changes white into black and every other color into white and allows you to copy the resultant image to the clipboard.
Not a user-friendly program; it was intended to be used only once. It takes two folders full of bitmap images and combines them all in a third folder as red/cyan 3D stereoscopic anaglyphs.
Creates 32-bit bitmaps with an alpha channel. These bitmaps are unsupported in most programs (including MS Paint), but they were used in both Rotis and Meteroids. DeProgrammer uses Alphamaker every time he changes the graphics for either of those games.
Takes a screenshot of MS Paint every time you let go of the mouse button. (Usually is declared by virus scanners to be a virus)
This is a lightweight and portable color-counting utility designed for pixel artists. It also helps you identify stray pixels--it sorts the palette by number of pixels per color.
